Obituary of Coleen Ann VanLuvanee

Coleen Ann VanLuvanee, 68, of Lakewood died Friday at Ocean Medical Center, Brick Township. She was born in Morristown and had resided in Lakewood for the past four years. She was an active member of the Leisure Village community and was a member of the Art Club, Irish-American Club, and the Italian-American Club. She was an artist who enjoyed her craft. Surviving are a son, Todd; a daughter and son-in-law, Michele and Greg Ganz; her mother and stepfather, Connie and Bill Christie; a brother, Fred Christie; two sisters, Cindy Newberg and Carol Concha; and her grandchildren, Austin and Evan. A memorial gathering will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Saturday from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Associated Humane Societies would be appreciated.
