Obituary of Gloria Dardik Schoenholtz

Gloria Dardik Schoenholtz, 79, of TomsRiver died Saturday, July 1, 2006 at CommunityMedicalCenter, TomsRiver. Born in Long Branch, she lived in MarlboroTownship prior to moving to Toms River 19 years ago. Mrs. Schoenholtz was a bookkeeper for various businesses, retiring 25 years ago. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Schoenholtz, in 2005. Surviving are two sons and a daughter-in-law, Drewe and Diane Schoenholtz, Hopewell, and David Schoenholtz, Whiting; a daughter, Debra Strnad, Clarksburg section of MillstoneTownship; three brothers, Dr. Herbert Dardik, Tenafly, Dr. Elliott Dardik, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Dr. Irving Dardik, Great Meadows, New Jersey; two sisters, Sylvia Plutchok, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and Ray Metz, Boynton Beach, Florida; and five grandchildren, Max, Jake and Zoe Strnad, and Jessica and Casey Schoenholtz. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 3, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at the Perrineville Jewish Chapel, Perrineville. Interment will follow at Perrineville Jewish Cemetery. Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold is in charge of arrangements.
