Obituary of Irene V. Asero

Irene V. Asero, 85, of Freehold Township died Monday, July 3, 2006 at Bartley Manor, Jackson Township. Mrs. Asero was born in Keyport and had lived in Freehold Township for over 40 years. She was the widow of Frank Asero who died in 1993. Her first husband, David Thompson, died in 1963. She was a good mother and will be greatly missed. Surviving are a son, David Thompson and his wife, Jeannette Zwart, Brooklyn, N.Y.; three daughters, Linda Johnson, Freehold Township, Cathy Biddle and her husband Gary, Jackson Township, and Annette Gilliland, Howell Township; two brothers, Edward Arose, Spotswood and Elmer Arose, Morgan; seven grandchildren, Billy, Laura, Megan, Scott, Storm, Shea, and Tabitha; and three great grandchildren, Billy, Rhiannon, and Zackery. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 11:00 A.M.
