Obituary of Edith Joan Greene

Edith Joan Greene, 70 of Freehold died Thursday, August 10, 2006 at home. Born in Bayonne, she moved to Freehold 40 years ago. Ms. Greene was a certified nurse’s aide at PinebrookCareCenter, Englishtown. Surviving are two sons, Francis John Sweeney, Mims, Florida, and Leonard John Sweeney, Mercerville; two daughters, Ann Lynn Magana, Eatontown, and Joan Sweeney, OldBridge; ten grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren. Relatives and friends may call at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Sunday 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 9:30 A.M. Interment will follow at St. Rose of LimaCemetery, Freehold.
