Obituary of James Nicholas Martarano

James Nicholas Martarano, Jr., 64, of Farmingdale died Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania and had resided in Englishtown before moving to Farmingdale. He was predeceased by his father, James N. Martarano. Surviving are his mother, Margaret Martarano; two sisters, Karen Martarano and Gail Giannotto and her husband Michael; several aunts and uncles; a niece and nephew, and a great niece and nephew. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Friday from 3:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery.
