Obituary of Mary Cyrta

Mary Cyrta, 97, of Toms River, passed away on Friday, August 7, 2015 at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus, Lakewood. Born in Sagaponack, Long Island, New York, she lived in Marlboro Township and Freehold Township prior to moving to Toms River seven years ago. Mrs. Cyrta was a packer for Brockway Glass, Freehold. She was predeceased by her husband, Stanley William Cyrta in 1976, her daughter, Patricia Phillips in 1995, and a grandson, Donald. Surviving are her son, Frank Cyrta, Jackson Township; a daughter, Barbara Dmyterko, and her husband, John, Toms River; and a son-in-law, Richard Phillips, Toms River; five grandchildren, Laurie, Tom, Rob, Katie and Chris; four great grandchildren, Jessica, Kianna, Christian and Kimberly; and a great-great grandson, Dylan. Visitation will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold, on Sunday, August 9, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Monday at 10:00 A.M. at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, Freehold. Interment will follow at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery.
