Obituary of Gloria J. Pitts

Gloria J. Pitts, 49, of Matawan died November 3, 2006 at home. She was born in Neptune Township. She was a member of the New Light Baptist Church, Cliffwood. She was predeceased by her mother, Gertha Mae Pitts and a sister, Brend Faye Pitts. Surviving are her father, James Pitts, Aberdeen; her companion, Mark Jackson; four sisters, Jane Brown, and Judy, Normaree, and Cortice Pitts; and two brothers, James and Corey Pitts. The viewing will be held at the New Hope Baptist Church, Freehold on Friday from 10 to 11:00 A.M. Funeral services will be held at the church at 11:00 A.M. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold is in charge of arrangements.
