Obituary of Khabir A. Muslim

Khabir A. Muslim, 59, of Manchester died on Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at home. Proud son of James and Annie Foster, birth name Preston Foster, Khabir was a Newark native and graduate of Weequahic High School. He was a member of Praise Temple, Neptune Township. He was a compounder for Cary Compound, Dayton. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, son, brother, and grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Ndidia Bryant Muslim; two sons, Jared and Daray; five daughters, Cherise, Nicole, Rikkiyah, Rafia, and Erica; his mother, Annie Foster; a brother, Kirk Foster; three grandsons, Keon, James, and Anwar; and a granddaughter, Serenity. The viewing will be held at Praise Temple, 3617 Route 33, Neptune on Saturday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. followed by funeral services at 10:00 a.m.
