David Stuart Kelley, 58, of Washington, D.C. died November 24, 2006 in Washington, D. C. He was raised in Freehold. He was a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy, Lincroft, Georgetown University, Washington, D.C., and Fordham University Law School, New York City. He was an attorney in the District of Columbia He was the son of the late William and Edna Carey Kelley. Surviving is a cousin, Mrs. Harvey Clapp, III, Baltimore, Maryland. Private services were held in Washington.
