Obituary of James G. Catullo

James G. Catullo, 77 of Freehold died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2006, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Born in Millburn, he lived in Middletown prior to moving to Freehold six years ago. Mr. Catullo was a mechanic for New Jersey Transit, Maplewood, for 11 years, retiring 15 years ago. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War. Mr. Catullo was a member of the Freehold Senior Citizens Club; and a member of the U.S.S. Worcester Association, New York State. He was predeceased by his wife of 52 years, Marilyn F. Catullo, in 2004. Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Donna R. and Joseph Scandariato, Middletown, and Tracey M. and Brian Murnane, Jackson Township; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold, on Sunday, December 10, 2006, at 11:00 A.M.
