Obituary of Edward M. Patterson

Edward M. Patterson, 81, of Monroe Township died Friday, February 9, 2007 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Mr. Patterson was born in Eatontown and had resided in Monroe Township for most of his life. He was a self-employed mason contractor before his retirement. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary Ann Patterson, his parents, Philip Albert and Edna Van Brunt Patterson, his brothers, Albert, Arthur, and Harvey Patterson, and a nephew, David Gilbert. Surviving are a sister, Phyllis Gilbert, Parlin; three nephews, Thomas, James, and Philip; five nieces, Lois, Lana, Diana, Alice, and Sheryl; and many grand nieces and nephews. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Tuesday from 11:00 A.M. to noon. Services will be at noon followed by interment at Fountain Lawn Memorial Park, Ewing Township.
