Obituary of Eleanor M. Riddett

Eleanor M. Riddett, 83, of Freehold died Tuesday, March 13, 2007 at home. Mrs. Riddett was born in Yonkers, N.Y. Mrs. Riddett was a graduate of Commerce High School, Yonkers, N.Y., Class of 1943. She was employed at the Monmouth County Microfiche Department, Freehold before her retirement in 1989. Mrs. Riddett was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, Freehold; a member of the Senior Citizens Club of Freehold, Council on Aging, Freehold, and a former member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 4374 Auxiliary, Freehold. She was predeceased by her husband, Raymond George Riddett in 1980 and siblings, John and George Kolesar, Mary Zedler, and Anne Matusik. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Raymond and Christine Riddett, Warners, N.Y.; a daughter and son-in-law, Orr and Patrick Westerkamp, Matawan; two sisters, Ethel Fedorczak, Shrub Oak, N.Y. and Lucy Rambulski, Boynton Beach, Florida; and three grandchildren, Matthew Riddett, Warners, N.Y. and Richard and John Westerkamp, Matawan. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, Freehold on Friday at 12:30 P.M. followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold.
