Obituary of Muriel D. Massa

Muriel D. Massa, 92, of Freehold died Tuesday, April 24, 2007 at home. Mrs. Massa was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. She was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, Freehold. She was the widow of Daniel A. Massa who died in 1985. She was also predeceased by a son, Daniel A. Massa, who died in 1988. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Robert F. and Patricia Massa, Manalapan Township; two daughters and a son-in-law, Muriel D. and Michael Iachetta, Freehold and Gail A. Nelson, Fairview, Pennsylvania; ten grandchildren, Daniel, Dennis, Dean, Kenneth, and Christina Massa, Lynne Iachetta, Thomas and Cindy Nelson, Theresa and Corinne Massa; nine great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. and Friday 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold on Saturday at 10:00 A.M. followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold.
