Obituary of Madeline E. Merrick

Madeline E. Medrick, 88, of Freehold Township died Monday, August 6, 2007 at her grandson’s home in Hightstown. Mrs. Medrick was born in Freehold and was a lifelong resident of the area. She was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, Freehold. Her husband, Paul Medrick, died in 1992. She was also predeceased by a daughter, Kathryn Perro. Surviving are a daughter, Elaine Taylor, Jackson Township; two brothers, Vincent Paul Iverson and Ernest Mike Iverson, both of Freehold; six grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Wednesday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold.
