Barbara A. Harris, 62, of Neptune City died September 22, 2015 at home. She was a retired nurse’s aide. Surviving are a brother, Johnny Harris and an aunt Emma Brown Memorial services will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Monday at 1:00 p.m.
