Obituary of Carol Ann Zurro

Carol Ann Zurro, 60, of Freehold Township died Friday, October 26, 2007 at home. Mrs. Zurro was born in Brooklyn, New York. She was a teacher in the New York City Schools before her retirement. Surviving are her husband, Roger M. Zurro; two sons, Christian and Damian; a daughter and son-in-law, Andrea and Kevin O’Connor; a granddaughter, Natalie O’Connor; and two brothers, Joseph and Nicholas Amedore.The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Monday from 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Mary’s Church, Route 34 and Phalanx Road, Colts Neck Township (http://www.stmarycoltsneck.com/ on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. followed by entombment at St. Gabriel’s Cemetery, Route 520, Marlboro Township. Memorial donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 would be appreciated.
