Obituary of Thomas P. Patterson

Thomas P. Patterson, Jr., 50, of Freehold died Saturday, November 17, 2007 at home. He was born in Newark and had spent his early childhood years in Harrison before moving to Monmouth County where he attended Howell Township and Freehold Township schools. He had lived in Freehold since 1990. He was a bartender at the Court Jester, Freehold for ten years. More recently he was a sales clerk for Max’s Liquor Store, Freehold. Tom was an avid sports enthusiast, coaching his daughter in soccer for a number of years, and a diehard Yankee fan. He was extremely passionate about classic rock music and Star Trek. He loved his two cats, Maggie and George. Tom was predeceased by his parents, Thomas P., Sr. and Mary Patterson. He is survived by a daughter, Alexandra Patterson. Visiting hours will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold. If so desired memorial donations to the ASPCA would be appreciated.
