Obituary of Frances C. Hoffman

Frances C. Hoffman, 82, of Boulder, Colorado died Wednesday, December 26, 2007 at home. Mrs. Hoffman was born in Staten Island, N.Y. and had resided in Freehold Township before moving to Boulder seven years ago. Mrs. Hoffman was a volunteer for USO. She was a nurse’s aide at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune Township before her retirement. She was the widow of William Harry Hoffman who died in 1991. Surviving are three sons and daughters-in-law, William B. and Helen Hoffman, Eatontown, Gary S. and Diane Hoffman, Howell Township, and Scott C. and Sandy Hoffman, Croydon, Pennsylvania; a daughter, Robbin L. Hoffman, Boulder, Colorado; a brother, Charles Bennett, Port St. Lucie, Florida; nine grandchildren; and a great granddaughter. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Friday at 8:45 a.m. The interment will follow at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown at 10:30 a.m. Memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
