Obituary of Eileen Frances Helies

Eileen Frances Helies, 54, of Howell Township died Saturday at home. She was born in Collingswood and had resided in Middletown Township before moving to Howell Township 21 years ago. Mrs. Helies was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, Freehold where she was a Eucharistic minister and religious education teacher. A daughter, Jennifer F. Helies, died in 1988. Surviving are her husband, Bruce E. Helies; a son, Eric J. Helies; a brother, Francis Vincent Hurley, Malvern, Penn.; a sister, Mary Jane Hurley-Brant, Philadelphia, Penn., and many cousins and nephews. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. The Funeral Liturgy will follow at St. Rose of Lima Church at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations in Eileen’s memory to Katie’s Kids For The Cure, 513 Reginald Lane, Collegeville, PA 19426 would be appreciated.
