Obituary of Alice Otto Schappert

Alice Otto Schappert, 90, of Jackson Township died Thursday, January 24, 2008 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township surrounded by her family. She was born in Brooklyn, NY and had resided in Brooklyn and Stuart, Florida before moving to Jackson Township. She was predeceased by her husband William C. Otto, who died in 1970. Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Frank Kropf; her two sons and daughters-in-law, William and Barbara Otto and Robert and Judith Otto; a brother, Albert A. Meyer; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The viewing will be held on Saturday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m., followed by funeral services at 10:00 a.m. at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold. The interment will follow at Cypress Hills Cemetery, Brooklyn, NY.
