Obituary of Gloria Monti

Gloria Monti, 84, of the Leisure Village section of Lakewood, died Sunday, February 17, 2008 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. Mrs. Monti was born in Perth Amboy and moved to Lakewood seventeen years ago. Her husband, Ned Monti, died in 1973 Surviving are two sons and a daughter-in-law, Carl Sr. and Barbara Monti, Howell; Gene Monti, Lakewood; four grandchildren, Eileen Provenzano, Carl Monti Jr., Gina Scalia, and Michael Monti; three great grandchildren, Michael Provenzano, Eric Provenzano, and Emily Scalia; brother, Louis Antonio, Freehold; and sister, Margaret Smith, Brick. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Thursday February 21, 2008 at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home from 2:00P.M. until the time of the service.
