Obituary of Frank Paul Angiulli
Frank Paul Angiulli, 89, of Howell, passed away peacefully on April 17, 2008. He was born in New York City on August 3, 1918 to Natali and Rose Angiulli. He received a Bachelors of Science in education from Fordham University as a history major in 1943.
There he met and married his college sweetheart, Georgiana. They settled in Clifton for 35 years where they raised their children Maria and Frank Jr. During WW II he served in the Navy as a Radioman Third Class. He worked at Sears for 30 years in heating and air-conditioning sales.
Frank was an avid reader and reveled in stimulating conversation. His hobbies were chess and pool, in which he excelled. He was a man of great charm and warmth whose presence lit up the room. His devoted son, Frank, lovingly cared for him during the last year of his life.
His wife Georgiana died in 2007.
Surviving are a daughter Maria and son Frank, Jr.
The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Sunday from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Arneytown.
