Obituary of Maria B. Dunn

Maria B. Dunn, 67, of Freehold Township died Monday, May 12, 2008 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Mrs. Dunn was born in Bronx, N.Y. and had resided in Freehold Township since 1962. Mrs. Dunn, a registered nurse, was a graduate of St. Vincent’s School of Nursing, New York City and received a Master of Business Administration degree from Stockton State College. Recently retired from the healthcare profession, she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, Freehold. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Kathleen Dunn, Freehold; two daughters, Janet Drudy and her husband, John, Freehold and Jackie Dunn, Toms River, and her fiancé, Chris Kau; a brother Frank Fazio and his wife, Susan, New York; a sister, Rosina Feagin and her husband, Curt; South Carolina; and six grandchildren, Michael, Madison, Raegen, Andrew, Jacquelyn, and Anna. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Friday from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to St. Rose of Lima School, 51 Lincoln Place, Freehold, NJ 07728 would be appreciated.
