I can't believe that you're gone. I know that we didn't see much of each other as neighbors but your presence seemed to always be there. I thank you for being a good neighbor. I thank your for your help with our home project. I'd like you to know that you were a valued friend - you did good work and that our kitchen is still standing - a testament to your skills. You will be missed - you were a good man.
