Obituary of Nettie L. Higgs

Nettie L. Higgs, 89, of The Villages, Howell Township died Monday, October 20, 2008 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Mrs. Higgs was born in Franklinton County, N.C. A son, Frank Edward Higgs, died in 2006. Surviving are three daughters, Agnes Higgs, Nettie Sample, and Flossie Holmes; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and 13 great great grandchildren. T he viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Friday from 11:00 to noon. Funeral services will be held at noon followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent.
