Obituary of Dorothy L. Jackson

Dorothy L. Jackson, 74, of Freehold died Monday, October 27, 2008 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Mrs. Jackson was born in Andalusia, Alabama. Surviving are her husband, Leonard Jackson; a son, Jonathan Jackson, Freehold; two daughters, Deborah Ellis, Cliffwood and Denise Boxwill, Clearwater, Florida; a brother, James Ellis, Jr.; two sisters, Bertha Bland and Margaret Blount; four grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Saturday from noon to 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Malcolm Steele officiating. The interment will be held on Monday at Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold.
