Obituary of Evelyn M. Condon

Evelyn M. Condon, 93, of Freehold died Friday, November 21, 2008 at home surrounded by her children. Evelyn was born in Jersey City to Wladyslaw and Marianna Brudnicki and was one of ten siblings. She had resided in Freehold for the past 52 years. She was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, Freehold. Her husband, Vincent A. Condon, died December, 19, 2007. She was also predeceased by a son, Robert Vincent Condon in 1986, and a daughter Carol A. Johnson in 2004. Surviving are a son, John Condon; a daughter and son-in-law, Kathleen and Robert Rathschmidt; a son-in-law, Linus A. Johnson and a daughter-in-law, Catherine Condon. She was a loving grandmother to 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Monday from 10:00 to noon. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold at 12:30 p.m. followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold.
