Obituary of Coleen L. Robinson
Coleen L. Robinson, 56, of Howell Township died Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at Rahway Hospital, Rahway after a long illness. She was born in Norwich, N.Y. and had resided in Massachusetts before moving to New Jersey in 1985.
She was a feature writer for The Sun Chronicle, Attleboro, Mass.
Coleen was a graduate of Franklin High School, Franklin, Mass., Class of 1970. She was a member of the Attleboro Little Theater and Norton Singers, both of Massachusetts. She was a passionate singer and cook who loved to sing at gatherings and prepare meals for her family and friends.
She was predeceased by her parents, Richard and Marjorie McNulty, and her stepmother, Rose McNulty.
Surviving are her husband, Richard A. Robinson; four brothers, Peter McNulty, Englishtown, Michael McNulty and his fiancé, Pam, Oakland, Sean McNulty and his wife Jennifer, Bradley Beach, and Timothy McNulty and his wife Linda, Manalapan Township; a sister, Kelly Dulovitz and her husband James, Manalapan Township; and eight nieces and nephews, Ryan, John, Jeanette, Danielle, Nicole, Thomas, Maggie, and Christina.
The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold. Memorial donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
