Obituary of Deborah H. Silnik

Deborah H. Silnik, 45 of Allentown, Pennsylvania died Thursday, January 22, 2009 at home. Born in Trenton, NJ she lived in Millstone Township and Clinton, NJ prior to moving to Allentown, Pennsylvania 15 years ago. Mrs. Silnik was an attorney working in the Allentown, Pennsylvania area. Mrs. Silnik was a graduate of the Peddie School, Hightstown, NJ in 1981; Muhlenburg College, Allentown, Pennsylvania in 1985; and the New England School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts in 1988. She was a member of Congregation Keneseth Israel, Allentown, Pennsylvania; and a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations. Surviving are her husband, Raymond P. Silnik; a daughter, Stacy Silnik, Allentown, Pennsylvania; her parents, Joseph and Sylvia Hadad, both of Millstone Township, NJ; a brother, David Hadad and his wife Cheryl, both of Barrington, Rhode Island; her maternal grandmother, Pauline Soden, Millstone Township, NJ; and a cousin, Lisa Winer, West Palm Beach, Florida; and several aunts and uncles in New Jersey and Israel. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 25, 2009 at the Perrineville Jewish Chapel, Perrineville, NJ at 1:00 P.M. Interment will follow at the Perrineville Jewish Cemetery, Perrineville. Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold, NJ is in charge of arrangements.
