Obituary of Adelaide Van Sant Perrine

Adelaide Van Sant Perrine, 92, of Brick Township died Friday, February 20, 2009 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick Township. Mrs. Perrine was born in Freehold and had resided in Englishtown before moving to Brick in 1997. Mrs. Perrine was formerly employed at LaVoie Laboratories and Frequency Engineering. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Freehold for over 50 years. She was also a member of the Take It EZ Chapter, National Campers and Hikers Association and the Manalapan Senior Citizens Club. Her husband, John Craig Perrine, died in 1996. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Linda Perrine, Barnegat; and a granddaughter, Heather Monahan and her husband, Michael. The viewing will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment at Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold. Memorial donations to the American Heart Association would be appreciated.
