Obituary of Steven L. Merkin

Steven L. Merkin, 53 of Monroe Township passed away early Saturday, April 4, 2009, at the University Medical Center at Princeton. Born in the Bronx, New York, he lived in the Perrineville section of Millstone Township; Englishtown; and various other towns prior to moving to Monroe Township one year ago. He was a self employed master auto mechanic. He was predeceased by his loving mother, Marilyn, in 2007. Steven is survived by his loving family, his father, Marty, Monroe Township; a brother, Joel, Beachwood; a sister Janet and her husband Norm Weistuch, Yardley, Pennsylvania; two nieces; two nephews; four aunts; three uncles; and several cousins. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 5, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. at the Perrineville Jewish Chapel, Perrineville-Hightstown Road, Perrineville. Donations in his memory to the Perrineville Jewish Center, P.O. Box 308, Perrineville, NJ 08535 would be appreciated.
