Obituary of Kazimiera Cecilia Grinkevich

Kazimiera Cecilia Grinkevich, 78, of the Chelsea at Manalapan, Manalapan Township died Thursday, April 23, 2009 at Peggy Coloney’s House at Hope Village, Scotch Plains. Mrs. Grinkevich was born in New York City and had resided in Marlboro and in The Villages, Howell Township before moving to Manalapan Township. She was the widow of John Grinkevich who died in 2003. Surviving are two sons, John Grinkevich, Lawrenceville and Richard Grinkevich and his wife Donna, Manalapan Township; three daughters, Karen Lupton and her husband Joseph, Atlanta, Georgia, Karol Turner, Woodbridge, Virginia, and Joyce and Michael Fineman, Summit; a sister, Alicia Czorny Gaithersburg, Maryland; and 12 grandchildren, Daniel, Ryan, Matthew, Taylor, Dana, Melissa, Jake, Alex, Paul, Jack, James, and Christopher. Visiting hours will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Sunday from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold.
