Obituary of Robert Stanley Truszkowski

Robert Stanley Truszkowski, 61, of Jackson Township died Sunday, May 24, 2009 at home. He was born in South Amboy and had resided in Howell Township before moving to Jackson Township three months ago. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a carpenter for B & R Twin Builders. He was a communicant of St. Veronica’s R.C. Church, Howell Township. His wife, JoAnne Egner Truszkowski, died in 1996. Surviving are two sons, Robert and William Truszkowski, both of Forked River; eight brothers, Stanley, Theodore, Richard, John, Michael, Thomas, George, and James Truszkowski; three sisters, Carol Howardson, Patricia Ainsworth, and Mary Ann Truszkowski; and three grandchildren, Brittany, Joanna, and Brian Truszkowski. Visiting hours will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Wednesday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at noon followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold.
