Obituary of Roy Michael Himes

Roy Michael Himes, 58, son of the late Edward Neil and Susan Himes, of Freehold died August 14, 2009 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune Township. He was born in Brookville, Pennsylvania and had resided in Freehold since 1955. He was a buildings and grounds worker at Marlboro High School. He was a U.S. Navy veteran. Surviving are a brother and sister-in-law, David N. and Dawn Himes; a niece, Susan Kelly Hoage and her husband Dennis. The family will receive condolences at his late residence on Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. Private interment will be held at a later date next to his mother at Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold. Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold is in charge of arrangements.
