Obituary of Ellen Elizabeth Hancik

Ellen Elizabeth Hancik, 62, of Manalapan Township died Monday, October 12, 2009 at home. She had resided in the Manalapan area most of her life. She was the daughter of the late Cornelius and Laura Van Handel. Surviving are her husband, Paul J. Hancik; two sons, Brett and Chad Cherefko; and an aunt and uncle, Joseph and Ellen Beely. Visiting hours will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the Old Tennent Presbyterian Church, Tennent on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hightstown.
