Obituary of Susan Claire Kane

Susan Claire Kane, 39, of Freehold died Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at home. Susan was born in Neptune Township and was a lifelong Freehold resident. She was a graduate of St. Rose of Lima School and Freehold Borough High School, Class of 1988. Susan was an invoicing clerk for Wal-Mart, Freehold. She is survived by her father, James Kane and his wife, Kathy, Freehold; her mother, Ellen Dubow and her husband Daniel, Freehold; her sisters and their husbands, Stacy and Scott Somers, New Stanton, Penn., Sally and Eddie Otero, Freehold ; stepsister Kristine O’Donnell, Freehold; a stepbrother, Greg Dubow; and a stepsister, Captain Sharon Dubow, U.S.M.C. She was the loving and proud aunt of Shelby, Jessica, and Frank Somers and Cassidy and Jamie Otero. She will be dearly missed by her aunts, uncles, and many cousins and friends. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Chapel, Freehold on Friday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at Old Tennent Cemetery, Tennent.
