Obituary of Victor G. Christiano

Victor G. Christiano, 66, of Manalapan Township died Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. He was born in Newark. Mr. Christiano was a custodian for the Manalapan-Englishtown Schools. He was a communicant of St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, Millstone Township. He was a graduate of Freehold High School. He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Geraldine Christiano and a brother, Anthony Christiano. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Clinton Christiano; a daughter and son-in-law, Dawn and Ed Danza; a son, Joseph Christiano and his significant other Mayra Velasquez; two grandchildren, Edward and Christian Danza; and a stepsister, Barbara Menz. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, 91 Stillhouse Road, Millstone Township on Monday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to the Deborah Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
