Obituary of Angelo Ralph Paradiso

Angelo Ralph Paradiso, 75, of Palenville, N.Y. died Friday, November 13, 2009 at Columbia Memorial Hospital, Hudson, N.Y. He was born in Manhattan and had resided in Brooklyn, N.Y. for the majority of his life before moving to Palenville several years ago. Mr. Paradiso was a construction worker for International Laborers Union No. 731 where he served as shop steward for over 25 years. He was predeceased by his parents, Antoinette and Giuseppe and his wife, Marie Paradiso. Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth; his three daughters and a son-in-law, Marie and Tony Annunziata, Yvonne and Anne Paradiso; a son, Angelo Paradiso; two brothers, Michael and Phillip Paradiso; two sisters, Maria Fiorio and Grace Fusco; three grandchildren, Tanya Annunziata and Courtney and Christopher Rash; and many nieces and nephews. Visiting will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Sunday from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. and Monday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Robert Bellarmine R.C. Church, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. followed b y interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold.
