Obituary of Edith Holtz

Edith Holtz, 84, of Matawan died Saturday, November 21, 2009 at home. Mrs. Holtz was born in the Wickatunk section of Marlboro Township and had resided in Matawan for many years. She was a communicant of St. Joseph’s R.C. Church, Keyport. Her husband, Henry W. Holtz, died in 1977. Surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, William and Dianne Holtz; two daughters and sons-in-law, Patricia and William Seber and Diane and William MacDonald; and two grandchildren, Dawn Seber and Amanda Holtz. Visiting hours will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Joseph’s Church, Keyport on Wednesday at 9:15 a.m. followed by interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
