Obituary of Claire Figuerlli

Claire Figurelli, 88, of Howell Township died Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center, Englewood. Mrs. Figurelli was born in Bayonne and had resided in Jersey City and Freehold Township with her husband for 45 years before moving to Howell Township in 1987. She was a saleswoman for Steinbach’s, Manalapan Township. Mrs. Figurelli was a communicant of St. Robert Bellarmine R.C. Church, Freehold Township. Her husband, Louis Figurelli, died in 1987. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Constance and James Carmelich; a son and daughter-in-law, Nicholas A. and Lois Figurelli; two brothers, Ralph and Frank Lametta; four sisters, Marion Annetta, Mary Romano, Angie Dal’Ava, Anne Jablonski; five grandchildren, Christopher, Michael, Karen and her husband Keith, Debbie, and Nicole and her husband, Rick; and four great grandchildren. Visiting hours will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Saturday from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Robert Bellarmine R.C. Church, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to Community Food Bank of New Jersey, 31 Evans Terminal Road, Hillside, NJ 07205 would be appreciated.
