Obituary of James H. Storey

James H. Storey, 76, of Toms River died Sunday, February 21, 2010 at Community Medical Center, Dover Township. He was born in Freehold. Mr. Storey was a retired chef. His father, Joseph V. Storey, was one of three Freehold firemen who died in the line of duty in 1933. Surviving are three sons, James, Joseph, and John Storey and many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Visiting hours will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold.
