Obituary of Salvatore V. Aglialoro

Salvatore V. Aglialoro, 88, of Monroe Township died Monday, February 22, 2010 at Haven Hospice at JFK Medical Center, Edison Township. He was born in New York City and had resided in Howell Township and Old Bridge before moving to Monroe Township. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II and the Korean War. He was a professional musician. Mr. Aglialoro was a member of the Philip A. Reynolds Detachment, Marine Corps League. He was predeceased by two brothers, Joseph and Leonard and two sisters, Isabelle Guideman and Rose Oreskovich. Surviving is a sister, Marian Richards, Monroe Township. Visiting hours will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at St. Raymond’s Cemetery, Bronx, N.Y.
