Obituary of Ann Kallighan

Ann Kallighan, 87, of Freehold Township died Thursday, February 25, 2010 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. She was born in Jersey City and had resided in New Milford before moving to Freehold Township in 1968. She was a communicant of St. Robert Bellarmine R.C. Church, Freehold Township. Her husband of 64 years, John Kallighan died in November. She is survived by her devoted children and their spouses, John Kallighan, Jr., Freehold Township; Sharon and Cosmo LaMacchia, Freehold Township, Susan and Donald Gomes, Freehold Borough, Maureen and Bruce McCulloch, Freehold Township, and Colleen and James Bezanson, Jackson Township; eight loving grandchildren; and five loving great grandchildren. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 2, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Robert Bellarmine R.C. Church, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township. The family will be greeting friends and family at the church from 9:00 A.M. until service time. There will be no calling hours at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Brig. Gen. Wm. C. Doyle Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905 would be appreciated.
