Obituary of Pearl Ballmann DiLeo

Pearl Ballmann DiLeo, 90, passed away on March 20, 2010. She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and lived in Queens and Franklin Square most of her life. In later years she moved to Manalapan, N.J. She is predeceased by her first husband, George J. Ballmann and her second husband Sante DiLeo. She is survived by her loving family that includes her son and daughter-in-law, George and Carol Ballmann; two daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy and Robert Goldsmith and Jeanne and Edward O’Hara; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and numerous step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold, NJ (www.higginsmemorialhome.com) on Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. The burial will be held at Flushing Cemetery, Queens on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
