Obituary of Bathsheba Adora Parker

Bathsheba Adora Parker, 56 loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend departed this life April 22, 2010 in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. Born to the late Willie Parker and Edith Lee Thompson Barr on May 17, 1953 in Sanford ,Fla. Later the family moved to the north where they resided in New Brunswick. She was a member of the Red Hat Association in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. She was predeceased by a brother Wilbert Barr Jr. Leaving to cherish her memory are one son, Sheldon Parker, Ashley Pa.; one daughter and a son-in-law, Kim and Dion Bouie, Asbury Park; seven brothers, Stanley Parker, Wilkes-Barre, Pa, Willie Barr, Lakewood, Robert Barr Brooklyn, NY, Derrick Parker, Buffalo, NY, Darryl Parker, Orange, Dexter Parker ,Fredricksburg , Va, and Stevie Parker, Buffalo, NY; seven sisters, Lorretta Coker, Charleston, SC, Patricia Barr, Lakewood, Bobbie Kelley, Bradenton, Fla, Minnie Harrison, Lakewood, Brenda Brown, Valdosta Ga, Sheila Barr, Asbury Park, Daphne Parker, Fredericksburg, Va. And five grandchildren , Quahzier, Quahziah, Quanaysia, Quamonze, and Diquan Bouie, and a host of nieces, nephews,relatives and friends. Visiting hours will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the New Hope Baptist Church on Saturday at 9:00 a.m.
