Obituary of Harold Francis Stubbs

Harold Francis Stubbs, Jr., 55, of Freehold died Thursday, June 3, 2010 at home. He was born in New Brunswick and had resided in Long Branch and Asbury Park before moving to Freehold three years ago. He was a maintenance mechanic at Applewood Estates, Freehold Township where he was employed since its opening. Surviving are two sons, Patrick A. Stubbs, and Harold Francis Stubbs, III; his mother, Josephine Costello Edwards; a brother, Michael Stubbs; two stepbrothers, Mark and Chuck Edwards; a sister, Beatrice Catanzaro; his nieces and nephew, Kelly, Casey, Kim, and Jamie; and his father-in-law, Harold A. Oldroyd. Visiting hours will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Tuesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Memorial donations to ARC of Monmouth County, 1158 Wayside Road, Tinton Falls, NJ 07712 would be appreciated.
