Obituary of Mary A. Leshinsky

Mary A. Leshinsky, 83, of Freehold died Thursday, July 22, 2010 at home. Mrs. Leshinsky was born in Trenton and had resided in Freehold since 1949. She was a certified nurse’s aide at The Manor from 1985 until her retirement in 2000. Mrs. Leshinsky was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima R.C. Church, Freehold and a former Boy Scout Den Mother . She enjoyed crocheting and collecting dolls and was a babysitter for her family and friend’s children. Surviving are her husband, Stanley J. Leshinsky; two sons and daughters-in-law, David J. and Donna Leshinsky and Robert and Elizabeth Leshinsky; a daughter, Beverly A. Leshinsky and her fiancé, Edward Elfstrom; a brother, Edward Wenzel; four grandchildren, Adrienne Leshinsky, Elizabeth Ann Leshinsky, Tammy Giangrande, and Tristin Leshinsky; and five great grandchildren, Legend and Emily Emmert and Isabella, Julianna, and Grace Giangrande. Visiting hours will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, Freehold.
