Obituary of Tadeusz Witkowski

Tadeusz “Ted” Witkowski, 85, of Freehold died Friday, July 23, 2010 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Mr Witkowski was born in Krakow, Poland and had resided in Freehold for over 50 years. He was employed at Nestle Company, Freehold before his retirement. Mr. Witkowski was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold. His wife, Gloria Earle Witkowski, died in 1996. His first wife, Elfriede Witkowski died in 1959. Surviving are two daughters and sons-in-law, Irene and Kingsley Davison and Kathleen and Donald Potter; his granddaughters, Suzanne Gaylord and her husband Chris, Theresa Kemp and her husband Todd, Stephanie Shook and her husband Dennis, and Corinne Stolz; and great grandson, Tyler. Visiting hours will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Wednesday from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Rose of Lima Church, Freehold on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. followed by interment at the parish cemetery.
