Obituary of Robert M. Ogonowski
Robert M. Ogonowski, Jr., 50 of Freehold Township died Sunday, August 15, 2010 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Born in Newark, he lived in Brick Township prior to moving to Freehold Township 17 years ago.
He was the owner of Bobby O’s Custom House Painting, Freehold Township for the past 27 years.
Since his early days, he had a true love for mechanics, and enjoyed working side by side with his dad, a tradition he carried on with his own sons. He was a huge sports fan, especially hockey and nitro drag racing. His greatest love was his family, and he was a strong, amazing man who cherished life and never gave up to the very end. He will be truly missed.
He was predeceased by his mother, Mary Jean Agosta; and a brother, James Ogonowski.
Surviving are his wife, Sandra Rifkin Ogonowski; two sons, Robert M. Ogonowski, III and Nick Ogonowski; and a daughter, Sheri Jean Ogonowski, all of Freehold Township; his father, Robert M. Ogonowski, Sr. and his wife Carla, Welaka, Florida; a brother, Joseph Ogonowski and his wife Dawn, Port St. Lucie, Florida; and a sister, Krystal Wolf and her husband Scott, Jackson Township.
