Obituary of Hatidje Ramiz

Hatidje Ramiz, 82, of Jackson Township died August 27, 2010 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune Township. Mrs. Ramiz was born in Cyprus and had resided in Marlboro Township before moving to Jackson Township three years ago. She was a seamstress in New York City before her retirement in 1996. Mrs. Ramiz devoted her life to her family and friends. She was a beloved sister, aunt, great aunt, sister-in-law and friend who will be missed. She was predeceased by her parents, Ramiz Rashit and Nafia Ramiz; a brother, Fouat Ramiz and a sister, Unfuvan Atasoy Surviving are a sister, Ayshe Youssouf; a sister-in-law, Netidje Ramiz; seven nieces and nephews, Fatima Lamberson and her husband Dee, Naphia Atasoy, Semra Sadik and her husband Sadik, Rashid Ramiz and his wife Karen, Erol Ramiz and his wife Ann Marie, Cengiz Ramiz, and Ulus Atasoy and his wife Julie; and great nieces and nephews, Ryan, Taylor, Matthew, Sevda, Ashleigh, Tarik, Nicholas, Olivia, and Erol, Jr. Funeral services will be held at the Higgins Memorial Home, 20 Center Street, Freehold on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. followed by interment at East Windsor Cemetery, East Windsor Township.
